I have mentioned Ebates before but it's been awhile. Another reader mentioned it as a way to get additional money back- on top of your normal rewards on your debit card so I thought I'd remind you about it. It's easy to sign up and when you do, you will get a $10 gift card mailed to you after you make your first purchase over $25 to any online site!
As they put it- Shop through Ebates, and earn up to 25% cash back at your favorite stores. How? Our stores pay us a fee when you shop. We then share the fee directly with you - it's just that simple.
It really is that simple. I have gotten over $75 back through online shopping. Then they will send you a "rebate check" quarterly regardless of your account balance (whether its $2 or $20). You won't get rich using Ebates but it sure doesn't hurt to get a few bucks back :) And right now, stores like Old Navy & Gap are getting 13% cash back!!!
*Just a tip - once you do sign up, in order to get the "ebates", you must start at the ebates website, and start your shopping through their website in order to get credit for your purchases.
