Lots of FREE things at CVS!

I don't normally post CVS deals because it's not as "clean" of a deal as I'd like but I need to make an exception this week. It wouldn't feel right to not tell you about CVS this week.

A few things you need to know though:
1. You need a CVS card. (free to sign up)
2. ExtraCare Bucks are CVS "money" printed on your receipt
3. You can use ECB's to buy items that will give you more ECB's :)
4. You will need to do multiple transactions to spend the least amount of money.

A potential scenario for you:
We will start with ThermaCare because there is a coupon for $3 off HERE. Print that off to start.
1st transaction: Thermacare for $3.49, use $3 coupon, pay just $.49 BUT get a $3.49 ECB! We call that a moneymaker.
2nd transaction: You then pick out items that will put your total at at least $3.49 (has to be more than the ECB). So say you get Scooby fruit snacks, powerade, and carmex. You will pay $.51 for those items but will get a $2, $1, and $1 ECB.
3rd transaction: Perhaps you would like some Children's Advil and a Starbucks DoubleShot.  You use your ECB's and will pay just $.37 out of pocket. And what do you have now??? ECB's that are worth $2.37 and $1.99. Now you can take those and spend them again...you get the idea right? ECB's are good for about a month, then they expire.

A few warnings:
Extra Care Bucks expire- so if you don't trust yourself to go back, spend them all that day. I personally think it's fun to keep "rolling" the ECB's for deals in the coming weeks that will also give ECB's. Also, sometimes you work up a perfect deal and then CVS is out of a item or two you planned to get. It can be a little stressful. Just try to have fun. You could get some good stocking stuffers or things to donate to people in need.

Oh I hope this makes sense...questions, just ask :)
